SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders usually ship out within seven days of ordering. Merchandise purchased during the weekend will ship the following week. A tracking number will be sent when the order is processed. Currently we are working on a way to expedite shipping outside the United States. For now, contact us directly if you're outside the United States.
PRE-ORDERS WILL SHIP AFTER THEY ARRIVE. YOU MAY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL WAIT ON ITEMS SHIPPING OUT DUE TO DEMAND.
RETURN POLICY:
Cancelling Orders → Orders placed within 24hrs can be cancelled if the product has not shipped.
Defective / Incorrect media and accessories → Free replacement or refund within 48 hours of opening the package.
Apparel issues → Exchange or refund within 30 days (tags required). Sizes can be changed if an order has not shipped. As long as the item does not accrue any additional cost for the change.
